i need to change my workout again to something more advanced. This is my current workout:
Morning:
warm up
longshlong 5min
tunica stretch 5 min
longslong PC flex 5min
warmup
afternoon:
warm up
300 Jelqs
10 ulis
warm up
Please help me change this I really appreciate it.

Try this one out, in one session, not split into 2:
Long schlong heli 10 sets
8 sets of 25 jelqs ( But since your already doing 300 you might as well stay with 300 and do 12 sets of 25 )
2 sets of advanced jelqs
2 sets of Reverse trap jelqs
1 set of Uli ( altough my uli might be slightly different, get a 95% erection, then squeeze your pc muscle hard to pump in as much blood as you can and trap at the base. Then take your other hand and squeeze at the middle of your shaft hard, and hold for 20 secs. The pressure is unbelieavably intense. That's why I only do one repetition.)
That's my current routine and I think it would be a nice upgrade to your present one since your doing pretty basic stuff. One important thing, massage between every set of exercises you go. Meaning after every long schlong helis & jelq variations. This will help prevent injury. Tell me what you think if you do try it.
