I think we should start a thread where everyone just states simply their beginning size. We could track the avg size gain total and avg size gain per month that way. What do yall think?

I haven't thought this all the way thru yet, but I'm really interested in the avg size of our members when they join. In other words what size penis encourages men to want a bigger penis? Plus I'd like to know what the avg gain per month is for our users.

I'm just a stat junkie. Like to know the numbers!!!!

i was about 6.2 inches or so when i started in length and about 5 inches in girth.

Started 06/15/03

Erect Length 6"
Erect Girth 5.25" mid shaft.

Today

Erect length 7 1/4" to 7 3/8" ---- When I cum about 7 1/2"
Erect Girth over 5 3/4" - When I cum about 6"

Got all of my gains in the first 9 months of PE.
After that I started hanging and doing a lot of advance exercises. No gains came. Then I quit for about 6 months to decondition my dick.

I just started back at it with the basics this last week.

Kowbi, I too am a real anal book keeper. I feel I kept better records than most and refer back to them all the time to see what worked.

If you want a copy let me know. I keep it in Excel.

Go get a hard on right now and see what your hard girth is and post back! Measure about 1 1/2" down from your head and also at your base. Both measurements are very important.

You have to log your starting measurements regardless if you did it before or right now. In a year or two you will see a minor error will mean nothing. I'ts all about what kind of cannon you are packing.

You will be happy you did.

thx Falcon I did take those measurements later

I started in Feb but in March I took my EG: and it was 5.5 as of May 05 it's 5&5/8

My base girth as of may is 5 & 7/8 as of May.

I didn't know if I should post my EG along w/ starting measurements cause when I did bother to do the girth I had also grown in length leading me to believe I didn't start at 5.5 in girth but I have no real way of knowing and not sure if Kowboi would want that kinda of stat.

BTW the longer I've been PE'ing I've become anal in the measuring too cause it's kinda of interesting. I started only in Feb of this year so I'm not as seasoned as some of you guys are.

Started at around in May 2003 6.5" by 4.75"

Was on and off for the next years.

Now at around 7.25" by 5.25"

All the important changes to my routines are in my progress log.

Kowboi, PM me your email address and I will send you my logbook in Excel Format.

I created different worksheets in the logbook addressing measurements, exercises, time, supplements and so on.
I logged as much as I could so there's a lot of extra crap in the log but if you take 10 minutes to go through each worksheet you will see that I got most of my gains in the first 6 months of PE. Then I started getting fancy, hanging and doing a lot of advanced exercises.

I have been studying my log and finally came to the conclusion my gains almost halted after 6 months due to:
1. I drifted from the fundamentals, wasn't consistent with the basic exercises and got too fancy.
2. My Dick was so conditioned it wouldn't respond any longer.

I just started back after a 6-month break. My experiment is to see if my dick needed to take a long break to decondition in order for gains to occur again.

I am also keeping my PE simple, only jelqing and manual stretching in every direction along with 3-minute toilet stretches every time I take a pee. I am currently doing 55 minutes each PE day (35 minutes stretching, 20 minutes jelquing) and plan to build that up to 120 minutes if I can.

Last, as much as possible, I will do my PE 3 on and 1 off. Just like I did when the big gains happened. Three months of this should, in my opinion, set a good foundation for more gains.

If not, then I have at least logged what did and didn't work which will allow me to reset and go again with a different approach.

Mine are in my signature. I gotta say I am a bit pleased with my results. And I can't wait to see more improvement, especially in girth. Since girth is what its all about I think... and the area which I feel I'm a bit lacking.

OK, I seem to notice that gains in length are much more common then those in girth. It seems like everyone is only able to add .5" in girth over years of work. Damn, I hope this is not the case.

I think the key to gaining in girth is to lay off PE for a very extended period of time. Like 6 to 9 months as I did. Seems the tunica is the limiting factor and it toughens up pretty quick when doing PE.

I started back about 3 weeks ago and I'm noticing some definite improvement in girth. Before my layoff I could touch fingertips easy when doing jelqs, ulis etc. Now I have to really squeeze to get my fingertips together. It’s gotten to the point where I have to use two hands to insure I get the grip to follow through with my jelquing exercises. P's, I like to jelq with a 75% hard on or better at the start.

When I wake up in the morning I always,,,, and I mean always,,,, have this raging hardon and go check by looking in the mirror and grabbing my dick to insure it's not my imagination running wild. Sure enough. I can’t get my fingertips to touch.

I’ve even measured my cock to check what’s going on and yes, I’ve grown in girth.
I’m not ready to log as it’s not been a month yet but from experience my gains don’t just come and then disappear. They either there or they aren’t.
