Big Gainers: Hey do you guys break the minutes of each exercise into sets or are you doing just one power set?

very good question my workout changed all the time

but I usually did 15 minutes of milking and split this into 3 sets of 5 mins.

with stretching i did a minute on each different stretch.

Thanks for your fast response. I have just started the program this week and to me it's too good to be true. I have a decent diet, did you use pills when you started?
The only thing I don't understand is how can you keep your gains permanently? When you stop working out at a gym you eventually loose your gains. How should these exercises be any different? Also in your opinion, do you feel the two most effective exercises are Milking and the Long Schlong stretching exercises?

yeah they sure are the best exercises.
