I haven't seen much in terms of what other guys are doing - so thought I would share mine. I just started my program this week and here it is:

Week # 1

Warmup – 2 minutes
Pub Flexes – 2 minutes
The Long Schlong – 2 minutes
Milking the Cow – The Jelq– 5 minutes
Pub Flexes (Squeezers & Holders)– 5 minutes
Needling – 5 minutes
The Double Hand – 5 minutes
Girth – Horizontal Movement – 5 minutes
Testicle Treats – 5 minutes

Approximately = 36 minutes


Am I being too ambitious or leaving anything out?

Mines very similiar but I dont do the testicle treats and I spoke to Darren and he suggested a longer session on Milking the Cow, up to 15 mins.

So far I have added 0.75 inch in length and 0.5 girth, 3 and half weeks.

Hey do you guys break the minutes of each exercise into sets or are you doing just one power set?

Defiently do more of "milking the cow" its very important exercise.

60%-70% erect will mainly work on length

71%-80% will mainly work on girth.
