I haven't seen much in terms of what other guys are doing - so thought I would share mine. I just started my program this week and here it is:
Week # 1
Warmup 2 minutes
Pub Flexes 2 minutes
The Long Schlong 2 minutes
Milking the Cow The Jelq 5 minutes
Pub Flexes (Squeezers & Holders) 5 minutes
Needling 5 minutes
The Double Hand 5 minutes
Girth Horizontal Movement 5 minutes
Testicle Treats 5 minutes
Approximately = 36 minutes
Am I being too ambitious or leaving anything out?
