View Full Version : I need some serious help. This PE stuff is confusing me and beginning to piss me off!

Hey Guys It's been a while since I've posted here. I have many questions to ask so if anyone here can give me some help I would greatly appreciate it. This is very long and I am very very sorry. Please understand that I am in need of some help here. I am getting the urge to give up PEing altogethor. I've been PEing for 1 month and a half now and made some pretty good gains (.75 in. erect length, .25 in. erect girth) and now I'm at 6.75 X 5.25. I'm looking forward to being a little over 7.25 X 5.50 any time before or on November (Hope that sounds like a realistic goal). My PE routines last about 2 hours per day. :eek: ..... yep 2 hours. I'm really beggining to hate that and I want to cut down on it but I never do because it gives me the feeling that I'm going to lose some of what I have gained. I used to PE for a little over an hour but I was attempting on increasing duration and intensity in hopes that it would result in gains. My routine was mainly warm up - 5 min, Long Shlong in all directions - 5 reps, 30 sec each, 1 hour of jelqing (3 - 4 sec. a stroke) and a warm down for another 5 min. I heard that jelqing should not be done for more than 20 min. a session so I switched over to a 5 min. warm-up, 10 Long Shlong Heli's, 2 min. 30 sec. warm up, 10 jelq and hold (Can't keep full erection after 7 sec. of my second rep), 15 min of regular jelqs and a 5 min warm down. I really need help forming a routine that would give me the gains I want so that I won't over train or undertrain and wouldn't be so much of a chore. So please..... If anyone here (Especially PE vets) can give me some help I would greatly appreciate it. Now on to my questions.......

1. How do I know that my stretches are being performed correctly? There is an apparent stretch on the penis when I am performing them but I feel only slight stretching in the ligs or nothing at all. I am stretching as hard as I can and also to the point that I don't injure myself. There are times however when I feel the pull. It just doesn't happen as often. Am I suppossed to feel sore after the stretches? I do see that my penis becomes somewhat more veiny and also longer especially after jelqing. But does the fact that I don't feel much after the stretches be an indication that I am performing the exercises wrong?

2. I find it very difficult to perform the jelq and hold. I need to masturbate to erection 7 sec after the hold on all my second reps. It takes me 10 min. to perform 10 of them. Should I just stick to the original jelqs and leave the variations alone? Also How long does a one day jelqing session need to last? 20, 30 min? I used to do 20 min. then 40 min. all the way up to an hour. I'm confused now.

3. How long does everyone elses PE sessions last? lol. I want to hear from guys who have been in this for some time already. Has anyone else encountered the same problems or am I alone?

to start off ,take a deep breath and relax it's not that bad you've had some gains gains so don't get discouraged. i'm not a vet here about 6 1\2 months,but i hope i can help if just a little . try to get your jelqs to 2 sec per stroke ,spending too much time on the jelq will tire your hands and your enthusiasm.you be able to get about 200 jelqs in 30 to 40 mins,break every 50 to massage the head to recirculate the blood, the strtches sound good and so does the warmup\down.this should cut your time by at least an hour or so and won't be as tiring. hope this helps , good luck and don't give up !
