whats up everyone..i would like to say i have been on the program since june and have increased my length from 6 in to 7 in and my girth from 5 in to 5.5 in, the other day i was in a conversation with this fine ass girl and she was askin me if i could please her...i told her my size and her exact words were , " wow..thats big"...

what exactly is your workout, I've been on for three weeks and not much so far.

This is my workout

2 mins warmup
20 mins jelq/milking the cow
10 mins stretching
5 mins Pub muscle
10 mins girth exercise of my choice


3 days on, 1 day off etc

Wow I never had a woman ask me my size!

I must be dating in different circles. Although I do have this one friend who told me of someone who had a huge penis and couldn't use it properly.

So it's not the answer to all the problems. But it certainly does help, but after hearing from my friend, I just have to say to be careful with it. If you do it wrong you might give nothing but pain.

The Best advice is to ake it easy and pay attenton to what works.

As for me I have been on this a week or so. I never measured myself at the beginning but I always thought I was at 6 1/2" from measuremets before.

Now I measure at at least 7". It seems unlikely that I have gained 1/2" insuch a short time. Although I do seem harder so the 1/2" maybe came from the PC excercise.

So I will see if anything increases after 7" I don't think I'd want to go above 8.

You are right, I may get greedy. Although eventually I would think women would run the other way and all I would get is livestock.

I dunno I've hit a cervix or two with my curent length and they don't seem to like it. But the extra length can be used to get both spots at once.
