Well, it's been a whole year at PE and I've seen some definate gains. Things have slowed down in the gains, most having been seen at around 6 months.

I started with pumping, bought a better pump, added an all day stretcher, dropped that eventually, went to hanging, eventually jelks and manual stretches, along with squeezes and that's where I'm at now. Totally unscientific methodology (having switched methods), but lots of time and effort expended.

Started at 6.75 bpel, 4.9 girth at midshaft, now am 8.25 bpel and 5.5 midshaft girth. Without a doubt it looks and performs differently.

Haven't pumped in months and I don't miss it. I am a little curious how long it might be in the tube, but didn't like the bruising and lack of natural bloodflow. I like the jelquing because it's given me way more erection and ejaculation control. I used to have problems with premature ejaculation, and now I can last as long as I wish (most times).

I wish encouragement to all of you out there. You have been very inspiring and helpful. I intend to continue my efforts, not just for size, but the overall health benefits I have seen. Stamina and arousal have improved significantly,(by jelking I believe) as well as the general quality of erections. You have to like that. By the way, my age is pushing 40 years, so you don't have to be 18 for this stuff to work.

HI Canuck,Anth,

I am experiencing noticeable results after carrying out PE, which was started only 3 weeks back. I am sad that I could have learned and try these technics much earlier.

Well just think that it could be worse. You could have NEVER known of PE! So just keep your nose to the grindstone and stay dedicated and I wish you many more gains in the future.

Thanks canuck for the inspiring words. I am staying dedicated till now inspite of my busy work schedule. I had 6" BPEL when I started the PE and will post the results in coming weeks. Actually I am amazed with the results that I gained with in a short span of three weeks.
