i have been doing the exercises for some time now and i haven't seen any results at all, none what so ever. is it possible to do the exercises too often? anyone else having this problem?

hey im having same problem been doing pe for 3 months with no results at all. although I was using extender for 3 months before starting pe more seriously. It was the same 3 months with no results until I took a month off and started pe after.So I decided to measure again and gained about 3/8 inch. so Im going to try another 3-4 WEEK BREAK and see if same happens ? I hope so.does any have any advice or same problem with needing long rest in between to make gains ?thanks in advance.

Mik84 that's good advice and there must be something to the deconditioning theory.
I currently am taking another month or 2 off after going for 3 months of no length gains. I'm only doing girth for now and then when I kick it back into gear I'll do length for another 3 months and see what happens.

i've been thinking of taking deconditioning break lately myself as i've seem to hit a bit of a wall in making length gains over the past 5 months.is it best to take a break from everything or just lay off the stretches for a few weeks?

I can't say but I'm taking a month off of stretches but I am still doing girth. When I pick up the stretches again I'll stop the girth work.
When I took 2 and a half months off earlier last yr I didn't do anything but gained when I started up again. Perhaps trial and error for a learning curve here?

hey first of all I want to say thanks to everyone who has given me and or everybody good advice. (THANKS A LOT! I wanted to update what I said above about doing pe for 3 months and making no gains. Im doing my work outs with a fair amount of intensity and taking off 2 sometimes 3 days a week but not until today have I made any gains .for the simple reason it looks like I at times need more rest.I have not done any pe sense the 19th 6 days ago and not until today have I noticed gains 3/16 of an inch e.l. does anyone else have same deliema.??
