Hi, when you grab your head and pull it out to its full extent, whats holding it back? I'm asking this cause for me it seems to be the veins running along the top of the shaft(dorsal veins/arteries and nerves). When I pull the head out all the way thats whats limiting it, when I feel underneath at the actual mass of the shaft (copora cavernosa) its fairly loose and the skin covering the shaft is completely loose, so for me its completely what runs along on top. This sorta has me concerned since it seems the exercises are meant to work on the mass, the corpora cavernosa. Anyways I was wondering if this is similar for most of you guys, if its the veins and arteries running along the top thats stopping the head from going any further when you pull it out, if not then whats holding yours back?

This is an old thread but one that I thought warranted answering. It is the tunica that prevents the penis being stretched further than what the igaments etc allow. If you probe your erection, you will notice that there seems to be 2 chambers that run on the top of the penis and you can feel the bottom of the chambers through the meaty and softer underside of the penis if you probe deep enough. The tunica is the hard fibrous membrane that surrounds both of these chambers and contains the pressure from the influx of blood , resulting in an erection. If not for the tunica, the penis shaft would probably expand like a balloon and not be rigid enough to allow penetration.

so that's why people find the Bundled Tunica Stretch so effective for length

Absolutely!!. Once you have stretched the ligaments ( this gives you the quick gains) It then becomes a chore to stretch the much harder tunica and the gains are inevitably slower. The bundled tunica is a very good exercise for tunica stretching, but you must be well warmed up for this exercise. The application of consistent heat via IR lamp, Hot rice sock, or even hot bath, whilst exerting a consistent stretch, by way of extender, hanging or manually, seems to very beneficial for stretching the tunica, by increasing the elastic properties.

But why is this banded tunican stretch done by twisting or wrapping the penis, can it be done just pulling both drections?

Reading other posts on the subject by those that have done quite a lot of research into the anatomy of the penis, suggests that the tunica is actually multi directional in its makeup, this must be the case so that when you erect, the tunica can expand both lengthwise and girthwise at the same time. Twisting and then stretching whilst twisted, accomodates the tunica by stretching multi directionally at the same time. Your suggestion only works in the one stretching direction so therefore, has its limitations ;)

Ok thanks dazz but you know the line or thread of skin that goes down teh bottom of the penis all teh way down the middle of teh scrotum? when i stretch i feel a great pull on this while i hold my scrotom down, , is this a good method for stretching and length gain?

This is call the midline raphe'...and isn't really connective tissue at all. It's simply the result of the correct hormone at the right time during your embryonic develop. See, we all essentially start out as females (genitally speaking), and then under the influence of the correct hormone our external genital organs form. What in women are the labia majora, continue to grow and develop into the scrotum. This line in the center is where the two halfs meet in the middle, so to speak.

Here's a neat link that shows some slides of this process, if anyone is interested:

Wow:eek:

That's really fascinating and gross at the same time!

So it turns out that we're not all that different after all! (Until birth at least!):sm25

Actually we're hugely different due to hormones. While in the uterus the male brain goes through a "chemical bath" so to speak where both hemispheres are basically separated while the female brain does not go through this and they receive data input from both hemispheres simultaneously.

It's the male brain is like a calculator and the female brain is like a computer.
This separation allows men to concentrate and focus better and enables us to blot out distractions like when our wives are talking to us during the football game ;)

Many times my wife in exasperation will come up to me and say, "Can't you hear those kids fighting? It's driving me crazy!" and I say honestly, "No, what's going on?"

Women's intuition is attributed to this because alot of times they can come to a conclusion about something or their perception of someone and what they're like and call it a feeling without having detailed facts to why they came to this conclusion, where a man will sometimes say, "I got a bad feeling" but primarily it's supported by reasons, "Oh I saw or heard this and then they acted like this and then... ect"

I spoke to a guy who was an airline pilot and asked him if men pilots were better than women. He wouldn't say men were better but they were in his opinion able to blot out distractions better in emergencies and focus.
