anyone that has one would you reccomend buying it or is it a waste? also is this the correct bulb for long wave deep tissue:

also i read if you use it every workout for 3 weeks you get sterile for 6 months. but what if you use it every workout for 6 weeks will you be sterile for 6months/12moths/forever? any info would be great, this is a very motivating forum

Yep, that's the bulb that people have been getting. Actually, I think most are leaning towards the 250W instead of the 150W. You also should get a fixture - called a Wire Light - to screw the bulb into.

The 3 weeks of use and 6 months sterile WOM (word of mouth) that you're talking about, I think, has to do with a study that someone did but it had to do with taking hot baths twice a day for 3 weeks I think - not IR bulb usage. If you read through all those posts, I think you'll find the answers you're looking for.
