the link you gave us, sends me directly to something it asks us to pay for even though I already paid for the penis-health.com membership. if I want to use the free consultation, does the old link work on the website?

The free consultation service is no longer available, these forums have not just one person but a whole range of people willing to share their experiences and offer advice. Therefore this combined with the customer support team means that free consultation is still available but you will have to use the two resources available (forums and support team).

The new site will make this clearer when its launched :)
