Does anyone besides myself have a problem finding time and privacy to PE?? I have two children in college and one in High School who generally get home about the time I get home from work. My wife arrives about 1 hour thereafter. So what do you do?? Tell the kids, "I'll be back in an hour.. I'm gonna go PE" NOT....This is my solution. I have a garage attic with a manual ladder that must be raised and lowered with a pulley/rope. What I do when I want to PE is quietly slip out too the garage, lower the ladder, go up to the attic with rope in hand, raise the ladder and fasten it up in the attic so no one else can lower it from below. In the attic I have a locked cabinet complete with a VCR, TV, Videos, my trusty Bib Hanger (Thanks Bib!), weights, theraband (with velcro to aid wrapping), and plenty of jelqing material. This is my own little corner of PE heaven that is private and perfect for me. On cold days, I freeze my #%@@& off, but hey, I'm determined to get those much desired gains, so nothing is gonna stop me. I'll exchange a little discomfort any day in exchange for growth. Does anyone else have any inovative ideas they use for PE'ing. I'd love to hear them.

i "currently" don't have the privacy challenges some of you all have. but if i did in the future i would revert back into the past when i thought i wanted a tree house ( and sometimes i still do want one). it would be nice to have a tree house that was my "own" private getaway (no family allowed) somewhere out on the property. i think spouse and kids would respect that, especially if the kids had their own. my friend who lives in another state has a nice tree house. he is about sixty years old too. he has furniture and even a piano in his (at least he used to) as well as total privacy; no one is allowed without an invitation. and his family respects his private space up in the tree. if you don't have a tree, you can build one on stilts. don't forget to set up a small space for your telescope, it's fun to scour the neighborhood. that would be my solution. i think every family would respect the husbands privacy. he probably would also score points with his kids, thinking they had a cool dad or something. he could even do his paperwork up there (if he was a business man) or use it as a getaway to watch the sports games on tv that other family members think is boring and depressing. so, go for it.

OR, better yet, get up early -before anyone else does and you will have total privacy. Works for me.

You can tell your family your practicing some new relaxation (or meditation)exercises and can't be bothered. Sometimes I like to set my shower to steaming hot and turn my bathroom into a little sauna while i do some p.e. This gives me time alone plus the steam makes a great warming sensation to get my blood circulating and the steam provides excellent lubrication.;)

You should at least let your wife in on it, she would understand and possibly even support you in it. You then would be able to go to your bedroom and exercise without fear.

Yea if you have a cool wife or girl friend you should let them in on it and even have them exercise with you. I recently told one of my girlfriends about pc exercises and how I was able to hold my flow by flexing. I asked her to try it and was amazed when she made her vagina tighten up. We've been experimenting durring sex. As I pull out she squeases her (pc muscle)pussy making a tight grip all aroud my dick. I call this the PussyPowerJelq. :D This is extremely pleasureable and I highly recommend you get your sex partner started on a PC exercise program.

I been having some privacy issues too. I've stopped recently cause I can't get alone to PE, (well that and school and exams, but that's beside the point). I was wondering if anyone had suggestions. Thanks.
