Can anyone help me here, I have problems keeping an erection when doing some of the exercises any tips?

Hey matey, I've had the same issue too and have tried various forms of stimulation. When I've had visual stimulation I sometimes get too erect, if thats ever possible lol, and so find it difficult to exercise. For me, being alone in darkness and letting my mind go wild works best. Imagine the people you've always wanted to talk dirty to lol :) Anyone got any other advise?

i find this is quite a big problem when jelqing as you need a semi-erect penis for the exercise. i do about 10 minutes of jelqing in my workout and have to masturbate and use my mind a lot during this time in order to get my semi erection back as after several jelqs it will have gone. I assume this is ok.

Hey sam, some of things I would recommend are mostly whats already been said: porn is good.
Also you should give it a try if you can performing exercises in the morning as generally it is easiest for men to have erections then if you have difficulties. Something else worth giving a try could be a cockring, they help keep the blood inside.
