Well, if you go and read the instructions on the beginner workout table, for "milking the cow" even at say week 4 or 5, the recommended duration of the excercise never exceeds 7+ minutes.
If you read the instructions for that specific excercise on the main page it says you should do the excercise for 25+ minutes. Now which one is it???

Hi Fluffy i agree this should be outlined a little better.
When you are first learning the exercises, you should do them for the alloted time on the exercises pages (eg milking). Then when you are fully compotent with doing the exercises move on to the beginners workout or customize your own workout.
But as you pointed out is confusing and in our next update we will update this as well as info on:
