hi guys - I have been doing PE for almost 21/2 years now and have posted here off and on. Must say continuous work with the exercises can have awesome results. I stated at 6.75 BEL and 5.0 Girth, at April 2005 I was 8.25 BEL and 5.5 Girth. I finally took a 3 month break in April 2005. While I was pretty constant with my routine (doing the advance exercises on Penis Health program) my cock just did not seem to be responding any more to the exercises....I think it had toughened up to the routine and was resisting any more growth. Well, good news :D ; I have been back to the routine for three weeks after the break and have already added another 1/4 inch of length and 1/4 inch of Grith...measured last night and wow, there it was at 8.5 BEL and 5.75 EG. I could tell without measuring that I had started gaining again; just from looking at the big fella. Just thought I would post this for the long time PEers. Also, during the break, I did not loose any of the prior gains....so yes, your hard work has permanent results. My original goal was to get to 8 inches by 6 inches, but have already exceed the length goal and now shooting for 9 inches by 6 inches....that size it truly a super achievement in my mind, one hell of a dick....and I am going to have it....hey got to think positive  Want to encourage all you dudes who are on the program, keep up the hard, constant work...it will indeed give results. Also I have not used any pills or patches or other gimmicks. While they may help some, it is the exercises that really work. My mantra PE, PE AND MORE PE. Best - Cody

Good to hear about your gains Cody. My story is a little different. I've been PEing for the last 2 months. Basically the same workout. My problem is I have a compulsive personality and when I first started, I would do it once a day. Now I do it whenever I have the oppertunity. Sometimes 3 times a day. I have seen HUGH gains from flaccid length being 3 3/4" to 5" and flaccid girth 4 1/2" to 5". My cock looks healthier and I get hard ons like I am 16 again. But for the last week. I would PE for a half hour and do not get the pump like I did 2 weeks ago. I think my penis got use to the workout. Does anyone have any reliabe resourse (websites) that I can get some new excerises and workouts?

BigDocJay -- I would say doing PE 3 times a day is overdoing it,especially after only two months....but probably under any circumstances. My routine is three days on and two off. Stretching exercises before I get up in the morning and the full routine of jelqs, horizontal movements, tunica stretches, pressured long schlongs and supra slammers in the evening. Morning workout is 30 minutes and evening is about 45 minutes. I realy try to keep the pressure intensity at a maximum during each exercise. From my experience, I have come to the conclusion that after the first inch of length gain which is possible form stretching the ligaments, the rest is all tunica work. Two months is a worthy start, but calm down with the duration of workouts and focus on quality instead of quantity. You will get there eventually.... :o Cody

Nice gains, anf congratulations on actually being able to stay on the program for 2 1/2 years. Your a rare one. Good to see someone who's been able to get exceptional gains. I agree that after the first inch of lig stretch, it's all tunica work. Since you only have to much ligament you can pull out :D This should prove to be a great motivator for the new guys.
