1 - just curious, after warm down does your penis get smaller like couple minutes later and then gets back to its original size? Not get smaller like right after warm down but like couple minutes later...

i'm just wondering because I can see my dick gets a little smaller after like 5 minutes later after warmd down, then after time passes by my dick gets back to it normal size. is that how it suppose to work?

2 - when people say do like 30jelq X 4 sets, what does that mean? does it mean that do like do 30 jelqs then massage the shaft for like 2 min then go back and do anther 30 jelq and so?

1) i dont now about another mens , to me after warm done it's a little bit smaller than after 30 minutes , i think thats not important....

2) i don't now about another mens , but i do 300 jelq in nonstop in session , i think those man who do sets , they do only them because they have problems to get erection , after jelq , when i have done all reps, i only massage my penis about 1 minute and then perform warm down 3 minutes , because jelq in my session is last exercise...

ibc,

There was another thread with posts about this temporary post-exercise "shrinkage"---sorry, can't remember where it is now. Just try searching around I guess. I'll let you know if I come across it again.

By retracting, your little guy is probably just telling you it's pooped from all the PEing! Nothing to worry about...I've had the same thing happen.

However, my dick always stays 'fuller' after a really good girth session, so I guess that's what I should be aiming for...can't really speak for how your body should respond though.

As for jelqs---I do sets of 25 reps at a time, then stop to renew my erection as Fraty mentioned. I just keep doing this until I hit my daily total number of jelqs.

A word of warning though...I think it's best to renew your erection whenever you feel you've fallen below about 70% erect or so. Even if you don't feel that your erection goes down much, I'd still suggest renewing things after every 50 reps, minimum.
That is not to say that doing jelqs with less of an erection is bad...All I'm saying is that you need to get a decent amount of jelqs with good blood engorgement. Really get that blood moving around.

I guess what we should find out is how many jelqs everyone else does before renewing their erection (if they even renew it at all)?

Not a bad question...How about it guys---how many???

no set number for me
I just keep doing the jelqs until I feel I need to regain my erection.
I would say for me that generally runs about 50 jelqs if I had to give a number but like it has already been said, the important thing is to maintain that partial erection. :)

Good post Big_Vine.

Jelqing is a mind/body thing. What you ate, shit that happened to you, yesterday, today, thinking of the future, thinking of past lives and so on. Some days I can jelq at full intensity for 35. Other days I can't keep it up for more than 5 or 10 jelqs,

I’ve experienced times where I went into a PE session thinking how I couldn’t even get a hardon because of the day before, all the struggle I went through only to find my cock in better than best working order the next day, ready for a full workout!

Maybe it’s the PS pills I’m taking or maybe I was able to clear my mind of all the shit that piled up.

I hear you there!

This past month has been kinda crazy for me, what with moving and trying to find a new job, etc.
Along with taking Zoloft---which definitely hinders my ability to get and maintain erections as frequently (especially if I've ejaculated more than twice a week, whether through masturbation or otherwise)---this has all made for a month of struggling to keep up with a decent PE routine.

Before the Zoloft I was able to splooge twice a day, then still keep up a solid enough erection for a decent PE girth routine. Of course, at that time I had issues addressed by the medication that kept me from committing too. One big vicious cycle.

Look back on our old friend Shafty's posts about this, and you'll see what I mean. Luckily, with time, he seems to have overcome this struggle...

It's like that thing you said about struggling in the quote above, only for me it seems that way just about every single day.

Just a quick example here...The last couple of days I've been trying to get back into jelqs (after having completely slacked over the past couple of weeks), but was only able to do about 2 intense sets of 25 reps before things stayed soft on me. I struggled through 2 more sets to hit a total of 100 for the day.
Really I should've went back at it later on to get in another 100 or so, but I just didn't have the energy to do it.

I've been stubborn about having to do jelqs before stretching too, so if I don't make it through the jelqs, I don't stretch...kind of a sad cycle that just keeps me from PEing like I should. :(
My whole rationale is to not do stretching beforehand because it tires my little guy out for jelqs---Of course, what's the point I guess, if I'm not getting through the jelqs anyway?

Enough babbling...

Like you said in your quote, Falcon, there have been a lot of down days followed by jelq sessions where I'm surprisingly energized to get the job done. It tends to happen after the point where I say "Fuck it, my PE routine has gone to shit so I might as well quit fretting over it."

Once I stop worrying, my little buddy begins cooperating for me again, and I get through the jelqs in a flash! :o
Like you indicated, this shit seems to be about 95%+ mental.
