Hi all,

3 years ago I PE'ed for about 6 months, but stopped cold turkey cause i just got lazy and inspiration disapeared for me.About 4 months ago i decided to pick up my dick and try again :p

When I started 3 years ago I was 5.5" BPEL and 4" EG, I was able to reach 6.75" BPEL and 4.5" EG. But when i restarted the program 4 months ago i found i went down .25" in length :( So i discovered that not all your gains are perm, and you would see it go over time.

Anyways, i restarted with a 6.5" BPEL and 4.5" EG penis. To my surpise i was really getting back into it, not missing a session and keeping it up. In 4 months i have now reached 7" BPEL and 5" EG. Sweet i thought, but i began to wonder how to make all this perm when i get to my desired size. Right now my current goal is BPEL 7.5" and 5.5" EG... yea only a .5" desire, but im trying to think small first then think of the big picture later! Besides i need to get a girl to enjoy all this with ;) Atleast i am working on that... anyways my question:

I was wondering what kind of program would one do to make their gains perm? I know I heard of maintance programs, but just cant remember what they consist. When i desire to stop again i want to make sure my gains are as perm as possible. Thanks in advance.

Hey there marksels, congrats on the gains you have accomplished over the years, nice in girth especially, I can't wait to hit the 1" mark in girth.

I would suggest 10 min of jelqing 2-3 times a week, that should keep the gains you have earned over the years.

Thanks Chron, that sounds pretty familiar. I do assume that would be done for like a month or so... But ya im happy with the gains, now only if i actually stayed on the program for 3 years instead of stopping for 3 years.

Marksels, I believe this is due to you not cementing your gains. Just pumping up and expecting it to stay is not realistic. Quick gains with no follow-up will result in a slight loss.

If you had continued to do simple exercises like helicopters in the shower each day for a minute or so (not to much work here I would think) over a few months your gains would have been cemented.

Yes i realised that, and acutaly thats why i wanted to ask the question i asked. I just want to loose anything this time around. I realise my gains 3 years ago were just taht quick gains and you just cant expect that to last, most good things dont last forever, utherwise they be too good to be true.

The heli in the shower is something i do now and i can see doing that for a long time. I just curious how one would ween off jelqing, and doing jelqs for 10 minutes a day 3 days a week seems to be a good idea. I thank you all for your help, and plan to do my usual routine till i reach my goals. Thanks.

Yes and absolutely correct!

But to a point.

The last thing I want to do for the rest of my life is do jelqing, stretching and all the other things that go with PE! :eek:

That would be a life from hell to me as PE is very intense and time consuming.

My idea of the perfect PE ending is to do simple 1 minute PE in the shower everyday, pulling, jelqing, scratching and the like... Just because I'm there along with some PC flexes whenever I see a woman I want to fuck.

I can work with that.

It will be enough to cement gains.
