Hey guys Ive been PEin for about 3 months here is my current workout. Any advice or extra tips would be greatly appreciated.

The Wake Up Cloth 3 min

The Long Shlong Heli 8 min

The Jelq & Hold 10 min

The Jelq 100 reps

The Power Stretch 6 min

Long PC Flex 4 min

Needling 4 min

The Wake Up Cloth 2 min

PC Flex Basic 40 quick 25 hold for 3 secs

Hello Bigdick,

Are you a member of Penis-Health? If you are , the instructions will give the answer. If you are not then join. It cost very little and the rewards are great.

I am not trying to get you to join. but at your current time in grade you aren't putting enough time. It should be double what you are doing now. In addition you should be up to 200 PC flexes per day.

I am a memer of penis health and this is the workout they recomended. What am I doing wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong at all! ;)

I see you are gaining and that's what counts.

However, you asked the question and I answer.....

You aren't putting in enough time to get gains as quickly as you want.

If you want to gain quicker you need to double the time you put into PE.

It's your choice.

Hey thanks for the advice Ill do wut eva i gotta do. So are you saying just dble my work out ?? ie.. 200 jelqs, 16 min long shlong's?

Yes,

By this time you should be doing between 300 to 600 jelqs per day.

30 minutes of length exercises - your choosing.... No need to get fancy, just do stuff that pulls your dick outside of the body.

30 minutes of girth exercises - your choosing.... Jelqing will take most of this time. If anything is left do some Ulis.

Do PC flexes whenever you can. No need to get crazy about it, just do it when you drive, walk, sit, look at a good-looking girl you want to fuck and so on.

Keep it all manual until you get to the magic 6 to 9 month mark.

Wow! I just finished my PEing. and I tell you your right. I doubled my workout, and boy do I really feel it now. My dick swole to over 7.5" during my routine. (shit, wish it stayed, lol) Thanks alot man for the recomendation.

I changed my workout to:

Long shlong Heli 20 sec strtch - 15min workout
Powerstrecth 20 sec stretch 10 sec hold. - 15 min workout
Jelq - 500 reps

pc flex - 200 reps

Should this be sufficient. I know I sure feel worn out after.lol!!

One day you are going to measure and see your dick got longer! Then for the next 3 days your going to feel like it's Christmas! Measuring every 1/2 hour just to verify the gains are there!
