I will give you the best advice possible. Sit down in front of your computer on a regular basis and read through as many posts as you can. Start with the newbie section and move on from there. As you read you will think of questions. Ask them and we will try to help.

Have you joined Penis-Health.com? It's a great site to start. That's where I started. The site has exercise routines for the beginner, intermediate and advanced PE'r along with videos to show the way.

Over the last 2 years I've joined other sites and belong to other forums but have found this is where you can actually ask a question, be hear and get an answer.

If you think that spending about $50 is worth adding an inch to your cock then I strongly sugget you join.
