Hi all members,
I have just begun my PE exercises with the following routine:
Warm up
Lshlong-15 reps each direction
Lshlong and PC flex-15 reps each direction
Jelq-150 reps
Advanced Jelq-100 reps
Horizontal movement-30 reps
PC flex and hold-50 reps
Warm down

My stats are:

EL:5.9"
EG:5"

I am looking for EL of 7" and EG of 6".

If anybody would tell me whether the above routine is ok and also for how long should I stick to it and when should I move to more advanced exercises for quick gains,it would be great.
I am new to this and if anyone experienced could guide me and also be of continuous assistance I would be very thankful.

Take it easy at first and as the weeks go by increase the intensity and duration of your PE exercises.

I think that you should be at 40 minutes to 1 hour a day by month 3.
