I've been PEing for about a month now. Been doing stretching exercises that involve PC clamps, jelqing, and I've even thrown in that Supra Slammer. I seem to be able to handle alot of abuse when it comes to the work out and I've made noticable gains in length and girth already.

My question is this: When I look at my penis flaccid the upper and mid shaft look bigger than the base, but when erect it seems to all be the same girth. However, I want to make sure my base stays at least the same size as the shaft.

I want to avoid devices and pills. I have been doing this:

I kinda reverse jelq while pinching bellow the base. I generally do this from 100% erection until just about flaccid and I get in about 10-20 reps each time. I'd say each workout I do about 100-150 of these total along with normal jelqs, strecthing, and the Supra Slammer which I must say has given me the best workouts (great exercise).

Should this reverse jelq work, does it sound like I'm doing it right. If so should I do this more than I jelq and such to make up for the time that I spent just jelqing?

I'd appreciate any advice, thanks.

If you want your base girth to keep up or get bigger then massive stretching is the answer. It will thicken up your base over a 3 or 4 month period.

This happend to me but I did it with hanging.

Sounds good. Should I keep doing the exercise i described?

As far as stretching goes, I do a set of 40 PC clamps while stretching foward, left, right, and up. Then the V-stretch, then the circular twirl stretch with 3 sets of 25.

Any suggestions for improvement?

Oh, also. I just checked and when erect the top of the shaft's sides around thicker than the mid and lower shaft.

How do i fix this?

Will the stretching work to fix this or will I have to do something else?

How much time total do you put in per day with PE?

I put in a minimum of 20 minutes stretching and 20 minutes jelquing. I usually run about 55 to 60 minutes total time.

I think that a lot of stretching will help get the base thicker because you are actually pulling out the penis in addidion to making your base thicker by developing the base where all the stress is happening.

I suppose you could do a reverse type of jelq to get a bigger base but everytime I've don't that it feels like I'm going to hurt myself.

Lately I've also noticed my midshaft girth getting larger but the base is not doing anything. Maybe in a couple of months I'll get back to haning some heavy weights for a month or two to the the base up to speed.

I usually spend about 15 mins stretching and up to an hour or more jelqing and squeezing. I think I have a tendacy to over do the jelqing and squeezing.

I do it in the bathroom so I don't get to see the clock much. But I'm looking to utilize my workout time to get the most out of the time spent.

I see how the stretching you are talking about would make sense. As far as the backwards jelq, its tough, and finding the right angle so I don't hurt my self is hard. But, I'm gonna keep it in my workout at least in small doses.

I'll try doubling my stretch workout for now. I've been preoccupied with the backwards jelq lately. I'm gonna try 50-50.

Furthermore, I think what really pushed my upper shaft to its current state is the Supra Slammer. The squeezing of all that blood into the upper shaft really worked. Now I need a reverse Supra Slammer LOL.

Anyway, thanks a bunch. If you have anything to add with this I'd be glad to hear it.
