hey guy i need ur help in order to obtain gains. My current erect length is 6"but
my concern is my girth. I need an exercise which is primarily for girth. Also i would
really appreciate a work out for the flaccid state cause i really need it( my flaccid state is really embarrasing :o ). Thanks in advance , i really appreciate your help. :)

Well we would all be willing to help but first off we need some info from you, like what is your current routine and how long have you been PEing, there are some really good girth workouts but you need to build to them, go to them early and you will get injured, and that slows gains more than anything.

well the routine i use is a 3 min warmup , long shlong 15 secs in each direction
then 100 jelqs ,30 horizontal movement and a 1min warmdown. I have been doing
this for a month now and i dont know whether or not im making gains. I really
eager for to make gains cause my penis looks real small.

It would be a good thing to figure out first don't you think?? You only been at it a month so you can't expect any big growth. I'd say work on your patience and maybe up the intensity of your routine and for crying out loud...start keeping track of yourself, this is almost as important as the exercises themseves. Good luck.

Here is the exercise I was recommended to use for increased flaccid length...

3 min wake up
8 min sit and stretch
8 min power stretch
8 min long shlong
5 min jelq
1 min wake up

I have been informed that converting minutes to reps does make it much easier so you might want to do that with this. As far as girth goes I believe the jelq to rule supreme. Some people split up their routine, maybe you could do your length in the morning and girth at night. This spaces it out so you can increase the intensity level of each workout instead of an all out effort in 1 shot. It also makes it so your workout doesn't seem to drag on forever. But then again you have to do it twice in one day!

It's jelq, not jelp. You have a lot of reading to do. Go into the Newbie forum and read all of the sticky threads. You should also seriously think about joining Penis Health. One thing that you will learn about this forum is that we will not keep repeating the same thing over and over again. You have to do some research by reading other posts and using the search feature. Learn the basics and then when you don't understand something the men on this forum will help you.

Now that you've finished your first month, start adding 25 reps of jelqs every week until your at 200-300 ( your preference ). Then maybe you could start ulis, a very low number of ulis. building that number up with time.
