View Full Version : Good Enough stretch

it sometimes feels as if when i do my stretch exercises for length ,my penis doesnt really feel tired, REALLY stretched at the base or shaft much , or at all sore. and i just sometimes think to myself . "shit , am i doing this right? am i not stretching it hard enough? throw in alot more reps to REALLY feel the stretch?" and as i said i only have penis health lite and it doesnt show videos but i dont think its gonna make much of a difference since there are pictures to go by , any suggestions or anything ? or am i just fine and can still make good gains with out my dick feeling tired or stretched out after a workout?

I realize that I am a slow and steady advocate, but I can honestly say that I have never been sore after a workout. An hour after your workout you go to the bathroom and you can tell that you did something, but sore, not really. Also after a workout about the last thing I want is sex. I would call that tired not sore.

hmm. so i guess i shouldnt worry too much if my penis doesnt feel sore after a work out then. but you would you still suggest for me to increase the pull , more reps? just curious.

It looks like you have been doing this for a few months so I would say make sure your stretches are running at least to 30 seconds. As far as reps you will have to judge that for yourself, but I would suggest at least 10 reps per exercise.

Now, I am just a newbie here too, but I had a similar issue that after stretching, I felt as if I'd done nothing. What helped me is just to understand the gaps in my understanding.

See, I was picturing the dick as that thing attached to my body. When I really considered the fact that it is embedded, and starts near the anus, I realized that I was not MENTALLY "including" this in my stretch. Now (now, being, starting last night!) I visualize the WHOLE dick stretching, especially the parts in my body. I FEEL into the body for the "dormant" dick that goes back to the PC muscle and FEEL all of that stretch INSTEAD of the outer portion. I THINK that helped, but I'll have to wait to see if it was just a fluke. MAYBE this is helpful....if not, sorry, listen to the more experienced posters.

Mudrubble, I consider myself intermediate on this whole subject... not really advanced yet, I'll say that when I'm 5.25" mid shaft and 6.75 BPEL... hehe, but anyways.

It is ALWAYS mind of matter. I think the most powerful tool with everything is your brain. I hear when Arnold (can't spell his last name) would work out he would stare at his bicep and imagine all the cells ripping and rebuilding and getting bigger, etc...

If you think your dick is getting bigger it will grow quicker, I think. I have a problem with this. My next workout I am going to try to do some breathing exercises to calm and focus myself while I warm up. Then I'll go into the whole thing thinking about my dick getting stretched and getting longer and this and that.

My main problem while stretching is my hands and forearms get SORE as hell. My dick also gets a bit tender at times. But like I say, mind over matter. Be safe everyone.

Ok cool, thanks. Yep i've been doin this on and off for a few months (busy from work) and im gonna increase the times in my reps. Oh i read it somewhere on this site about getting a good grip and being able to feel your penis stretch while exercising, and the latex glove is EXCELLENT! i could feel it alot more then i have been and threw in the A-Stretch and the sit down stretch. its very good. PE and everybody's help is changing my life definitely for the best. thanks and i'll keep on working very hard.

I had been thinking the exact same thing for a long time, and had been pondering the solution for a good while - before I finally broke down and tried it. That's when I bought my pump about 3 months ago. Gains have practically skyrocketed, for all intents and purposes (having been stuck at a certain size for a good while). I am proceeding as planned, and am only using the pump -in moderation- to SUPPLEMENT my PE efforts. In fact I don't even use it every PE session. Usually just every other one. But anyway, you will find that it is great for absolutely obliterating plateaus. As I had always suspected. Took me years before I finally did it, though. But, by now, I've gotten this PE thing down to a knack, I guess, so using all I've learned, the pump is just a supplement. The natural PE principles, techniques, methods, nutrition, etc. these guys teach here still apply, and are important to stick with. "The Fundamentals". Natural PE certainly works, the pump just pushes you up, past plateaus, IMO.
