Im on my last week of my third month. and I havent seen girth gains but I guess Im am gaining slowly. Anyways Here is my routine and it feelslike im getting to accustomed to it and I nee to change it up. please give me advice. Keep in mind my goal is girrth
routine
warm up
4 long shlong helis
200-225 jelqs
10 slide blasters
warm down
I am going to try and inscreas amount of jelqs but I dont get a lot of time working 56 hours a week but I dont think Ive missied but 1 workout this whole 3 months.
But my workout is usally about 35 minuts or so. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
