Im on my last week of my third month. and I havent seen girth gains but I guess Im am gaining slowly. Anyways Here is my routine and it feelslike im getting to accustomed to it and I nee to change it up. please give me advice. Keep in mind my goal is girrth

routine
warm up
4 long shlong helis
200-225 jelqs
10 slide blasters
warm down

I am going to try and inscreas amount of jelqs but I dont get a lot of time working 56 hours a week but I dont think Ive missied but 1 workout this whole 3 months.
But my workout is usally about 35 minuts or so. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

i once asked how to improve girth and somebody told me to clamp. I guess thats the best solution. Haven't tried it yet, but hear its one of the ultimate girth gainers.

Get the jelqs up to at least 300 reps. Then add in some Uli's or slammers. Be real careful with clamping. Limit the clamp time to 10 minutes and try to do the Uli's while clamped. I would suggest that you kick up the reps on the jelqs and add a few slammers or Uli's. Do that for at least another month before trying clamping. That's especially true if you try a combo of clamping and Uli's.
