Ok the doubt I have is when you do PE your not supposed to ejaculate or the excercise goes to waste right? reason being the penis goes to complete flaccid state and doesn't generate the cells to heal. But what if I have the extender? would the PE go to waste if I use extender afterwards? cuz that would keep it long and streched.

Right, but it wouldn't keep it engorged with blood as much as if you were to hold off on the masturbation.

I'd say a good rule to go by, if it doesn't drive you too crazy, is to only masturbate on off days. You could probably get away with doing it right before you have a rest day too---make sure it's several hours after your workout, minimum.

This approach ought to provide enough recuperation time.

Either way, just ease into it...no need to go cold turkey on this one. Any reduction in the frequency of the masturbating should help, so just take it step by step.

Of course, as you said, using the extender would probably be better than nothing.

I think the masturbation mainly affects girth gains, so keep that in mind with respect to your goals.

Holding your cum for many days (weeks) = key to making gains.

And yes, you can still relieve the prostate, whilst not actually having a full blown orgasm, during that time. I routinely have a "quasi-orgasm", where some semen from the prostate comes out (a whole bunch of pre-cum, basically), but the 'load' is still intact. Which is what matters.

You should have a real orgasm, at least once every three weeks, though. That's what I usually do. And on that day, have more than one of them. Several, perhaps. Back-to-back. Then it starts over...

thx for replies. So I got a g/f. at least 2 times a week I get some. I will definitely hold back on masturbating though. 5 years doing PE. You never used any supplements to get your gains? Like pills or an extender. Cuz I'm using both. Ok thx again.

prostate relief: You have to ejaculate regurlarly to keep your prostate healthy and functional.

Quasi-orgasm: Not quite an orgasm, but enough to pre-cum.

Load still intact: Hasn't blow his entire load yet. Only pre-cum.

1.) the 'quasi-orgasm' as I call it - just had one today in fact. It's usually not intentional. It's just that the pressure in the prostate gets to the point, where it naturally 'wants' to relieve itself. It's not a full orgasm. At first you think it is, but then you quickly realize it's not as intense. A bunch (at least 1 tablespoon, like today, for ex.) of sticky, clear baby-oil-like fluid (semen) comes out, and you have to go wash your hands. No sperm though. It's all clear. And there's no loss to 'sexual desire', erection stiffness, etc. It's just as if it never happened, as far as the hormones are concerned. It's just that the prostate rebalanced/relieved itself... which it needs to do fairly regularly.

And usually, this never happens during a PE session (anymore), when I am concentrating, and have my game face on - and I'm all over the mental game, and can prevent myself from getting too close to the edge (which even if I do get to it, there are ways to take evasive action, and stop yourself from going 'all out'). Like today, it happened several hours afterwards, when I was doing some gentle stretches, and some very mild stroking, just to keep a good amount of blood going through the area (which is key to growth). Suddenly the prostate says, "Ok, that's it... we're letting some out!" At first I get scared, thinking maybe I made a mistake and am about to blow my whole load, because I wasn't concentrating, and stimulated at little TOO much. But, the mind control quickly kicks in, I stop the sperm from being tempted to leave, but, the prostate insists on ejaculating (which is good, really).

I didn't say it was 'what every man does'. It took me a good while to get this advanced, but I'm convinced I'm on the right track here.



2.) I've never used any pills (only vitamins, herbs, protein, aminos, etc.), nor have I ever used weights, or traction devices or any kind. The first 'tool' I ever started using -other than my hands- was this pump I got about 3 months ago... which I use very carefully, and in moderation. Just to supplement my PE workouts, from time to time.



Bottom line is, if you want a big dick, you've got to keep the blood going through there. Not at high pressures - like a full erection, no, that would be too much, and you'd never heal & grow. Anyway, using your own libido (sex drive & hormones), to keep the juices flowing, is key. The only way the tissues grow, is by having (ideally a consistently generous amount) of blood going through there, delivering a constant flow of nutrients. And as far as workout frequentcy.. I don't go by a set schedule. My body tells me when I should rest, and when it wants to do PE. But yeah, you have to release pressures at some point, and the prostate is more active than the testicles (much easier to prodice semen, than sperm), thus - you need to relieve one, more than the others. But if you go around blowing your whole load several times a week, you are seriously limiting your potential. You lose all your libido, and you dick shrivels up, and doesn't want to play ball anymore. No way to make gains there.

Plus, after a week or two, you start to feel like the Incredible Hulk. At first, it takes a while to keep that extra testosterone under control, without going around like you're on 'roid rage, or something. But eventually, you get used to it. You become 'man enough', and can hold your load, and not only handle it, but take advantage of what benefits it offers. (you need less sleep, you have more energy, you feel healthier, easier to burn fat & gain muscle... you know, all that 'manly' type stuff). It was when I started doing this, that my gains started to really be seen.

Plus, it makes you stick with your PE program... guaranteed. You're 'hungry for more' and keep exercising. Blow your load... and it all goes away for several days. Takes a while to 'build' (sperm) back up to where it needs to be.

Low sperm = bad.
High sperm = good.
I don't see how you can argue against that. ;)

And unfortunately, yes, girlfriends ARE a distraction, to this whole PE thing. May sound strange, but it actually is best to find a chick, that doesn't need to have sex all the time. Horny, yes - but not every day. Not even every other day. Maybe only once every 2 or 3 weeks, or so. Meanwhile, you are just building, and building. So when that day does come around, hmmm, yes... you are well trained, and ready for the main event. :p
