oh man guys i just messured myself for the first time since i started back with Pe and i have gained 1/2 inch... dont know if its due to rest but my workouts aren't nearly as long as some other guys on this form, but i think the main key here is mind and body. I'm sorry I don't remember who said it but they were talking about trying to visualize their dick getting bigger with each and every rep.... guys you gotta do this. I commend you whoever brought this up. You need to for each rep visualize (close your eyes while doing the excercise) blood rushing to your penis and expanding all different areas of your penis. Really try and be creative with this.. I know it sounds wierd but i really think it trully works please all try this.. you too moderators i think you will be surprised... good luck to all and YAY to PE.

I honestly beleive this, By doing visulization your channeling your energy. I know most people here probably dont beleive in energy but i do.

My opnion. The first gains are fast becasue I dont belive your necessarily changing th original potential for volume of your penis on the first gains. Instead your conditioning your erection and the vessels to hold more with its origianl size. So the vessel and all thier fancy names havent grown necessarily so your ops(original potential size has changed) The true "growth" comes when the vessel expand and enlarge not from erection quality but from the fact that cells have been broken down rebuilt over and over again makeing them large like muscles do. These gains are actually slow. So to be honest your beginning size after your first "Gains"with your 110% erection quality is your true OSP. Its hard to explain...let me put it this way those who gain alot at first are more than likely the ones that had slightly more"unhealthy penis and erection" than those who havent gaine much at the start. Thats my theory of why we see "gains" drop off after the first explosion of gains.It really is very har to explain

There's a lot of ligaments/tendons etc., at the base of the penis, that for someone who has NEVER done any kind of PE, all you have to do is stretch those out, and it's actually expected that you can gain about a 1/2 inch in only a few days. Because, those connective tissues were so tight, and 'unstretched', they were actually 'holding' the penis back a little bit. Just doing the 'heli' stretches, 'sit down' stretches, etc... just increasing the flexibility of those tissues, will unlock some length, for the beginner. Which is good, for early motivation.
Don't expect to keep gaining like that, every 2 weeks, though. ;)
Eventually you will find a plateau, and it's up to YOU, to figure out how to get past it... and then the next one, etc. I've been stuck at a certain size for MANY months... then I said, "hey... what if I tried this...", and eventually gradual gains resumed.
It gets more difficult. BUT, I honestly do believe it's possible to reach practically any size you want... provided you are willing to put the time & effort into it. I was stuck for a while, up until recently, and now my gains are taking off. I think at this rate, I should reach my current goal by the end of the year.
"Goal". Ha. That is just for show. My 'goal' has always been to achieve the maximum.

I think that taking extend breaks are one of the best things you can do.
Work your puppy hard for 4 to 6 months then take a few months or more off.
It's just like starting over again and the gains come.
Also, I found that just taking an extended break allows your dick to dick to de-condition, relax and fill back on itself. I've read a number of posts where guys have quit for more than 4 months and find they have actually grown another 1/8 to 1/4".
I myself grew 1/8” in length and 1/8” in girth by taking a long break.

i could agree with that theory telling your mind what you want your body
to do.we do these things in our every day lives; here's an perfect example.
when working out at some point your body gets tired ,to have a good
work out u push your body to a higher level. we have our own minds and can
control what we want our bodies to do :p

Could you post your workout routine? You said that you have not been spending a whole lot of time, and I am interested to see what you are doing. I don't have a whole lot of time, so it would be nice to see a shortened routine that works. Thanks!
