Cock Shock Treatment
I hear this really works wonders on length, though I have not extensively tried this out.
I read on another forum that you get in a hot shower, stretch your unit out for 10 seconds and then cut off all the hot and continue to hold the stretch while the frigid water hits your unit. This supposedly makes for great length gains.
I am going to be trying these after workouts in the shower. I am curious to see if it'll work. If anyone else tries this out let me know how it works out.

Try it, but in my opinion whoever suggested that idea is quitely laughing like all hell that somewhere someone is going to blast themselves with ice cold water. I can think of absolutely no reason why doing this would have any positive effect, but if your willing to try it do right ahead.

Yea, I know that is very possible that they are full of crap and just laughing while I freeze my favorite friend... but I think it might be legit. I did it last night in the shower and it felt like it was hardening while being stretched... not that it was getting erect... just that the ligs were getting firmer. I dunno, I'm going to be trying these some, but I think I'm just going to use a few cups of cold water or maybe ice, cuz I hate cold water. I wish I could find that post again.

Personally my idea of shock treatment would be to constantly switch up the stretching technique that way your member won't get too conditioned to any one method, for instance, one day do heli, next do bundled and then the next day do lig pops.
Just my thoughts...

Actually the classic shock treatment was suggested by mowinman awhile ago. Basically it involves a 8 hour PE session on Saturday and Sunday. I never tried it, but it certainly sounds like it would be shock to the system.

8 hours... wow thats a too long. Your dick might fall off after that :p , haha.
I used to routinely do 2, or 2½ hour PE sessions - at least. And it was even pretty common to go beyond 3 hrs. Never quite hit 4 hrs, though, IIRC. Of course, the intensity was not all as high as it *could* have been. But, even still I eventually realized that was overtraining, to go longer than 2 hours, every single time. At least back then, I wasn't doing PE but like 3 times a week, so I guess the low frequency, perhaps made up for the long sessions. I guess I just liked doing PE so much, I didn't want to stop. :D I've since realized, to pack more intensity, into a (modestly) shorter workout. I try to keep it under an hour and a half. But usually always hit that mark. :p

Ya, lots of intensity for lower periods of time works great. I don't have alot of time for pe. Same principle that some body builders use to shock growth. Another is to add variety, never keep doing the same stuff so you dick doesn't get used to it. You can also take a break and then start again after a few weeks. I'm not sure how getting cold water after hot would do anything. Since cold is used to reduce swelling. I don't think reducing swelling is good for what we're trying to accomplish :D
Always key to find just the right balance between intensity, Vs. frequency & duration. I have always believed intensity is important to keep (comfortably) high, to where you feel like you're getting a nice workout. But, knowing when to say 'when', and stop the workout - is vital, to achieving gains. If you over-do it, you're not doing yourself any favors in the gains department. The more advanced you get though, the more intensity AND duration (length of individual exercise) it takes, to really get the job done properly. But even still, I always stop my workouts, before I feel 'spent'. I just say, "ok, that's enough"... right in the middle of a workout, do my (fairly extensive) warm-down routine, and call it a day - as far as the actual PE workout session goes. But you to need to keep a reasonable amount of blood going through there, well, always really. Don't just do a work out, and then forget about your dick for the rest of the day. Yes, you've exercised it, but now, you need to keep the blood (and nutrients) going through there, so it can grow. I'm not talking about a full erection, though.
Anyway, that feeling you have when you start PE, when your libido is nice and high, and you're 'ready for battle'... you should still have that feeling, when you quit. If it wears off, and you're sore, and exhausted - you just over trained.
I've heard guys say -in the gym- all the time, "if you don't feel it the next day, you didn't workout hard enough". Yeah, you just keep on thinking that. And we'll see who grows more. I always know when to quit... which is the most important thing, really. I mean, are we just working out for the fun of it (well, I do enjoy it, though), or are we trying to accomplish something?

That's whay it's called a shock treatment, it's crazy. Like I said before, never tried it, but logically it could work. My life and schedule wouldn't allow it, but that doesn't mean that it wouldn't work for some people.
