Amazing gains that disappear

After I finished jelqing and apply hot water for 4 min to my penis I don't even can touch finger tips, it's like 6.25 inches girth !!! But then it all comes back to reality and it's 5.75. Is this normal ??? After you go to gym happens the same but since the pennis is not a muscle why does it shrink ? Or maybe should change my warm down method to keep better those gains ? I just get the shower and let the hot water fall go down on my pennis.

What you're describing sounds like the regular old temporary "gains" in size that most PEers typically experience immediately following a PE routine---well, girthwork in particular.

This is perfectly normal, since your dick is still engorged with blood.
It is also normal for this temporary effect to go away after a few minutes or hours, depending on the individual.

You won't get actual permanent or "cemented" gains until you've been at it for the long term.

Keep it up, and those temporary effects will begin to become permanent over the next few weeks and months to come.
The warm down you're doing sounds fine, so I wouldn't worry about changing it.

Yeah, that's normal. After a good Jelq (pumping session), you'll hang amazingly larger than before because you'll have worked it out so well. But even though it's not a muscle, the same principle applies: you don't get 22" biceps after one trip to the gym, so don't assume anything of your PE exercises. The gains come, but it does take time.

Don't get bummed so early in the game. Patience and persistence is key.

The good thing about PE maximo is that after a few months your dick will hang longer, fatter, you will have a thicker and longer erection. Even after the effects of a PE session wear off.
Just keep a good log book to track your progress. Most guys don't keep logs and end up not knowing or lying to themselfs about how much they put into PE.
