I thought I would start a thread on any experiences we all have had for fun and maybe help others out.
First and formost I will very much like to state that I love doing exercises for penis, they are the greatest thing in the world that I have come across. Gains may not come substantialy fast, but they definitely do come and I love the pump of blood engorging my penis after every workout!
So anyways, I'm not always on track with being completely consistant with exercising on a regular basis for one exceptable reason why... Masturbation! I do PE in the shower because I live in a house three others that are constantly home so there is no privacy except in the bathroom. Everytime I go in there I go in with a straight face and confidence saying I got this I'm going to do this and it's just instict once I grab it I have to stroke it. I can't help it, so I end up losing PE for the day and have to wait until the next to give her a go. But, I do manage during the day to get in my PC exercises and stretches so not all is lost. Plus I do get my pleasure but umm, this is what happens when your in your room bored and start rambling on. I'm an average six inch length by five in girth but im going to keep on going, im going to keep on striving until I reach my goal no matter how long it may take me! IM GONNA DO IT!!! LOL. I am going to promise myself and make a dedication to keep masturbation down and focus on PE... i hope lol. okay im going now, later everyone

Hey mate,

I sympathise with your predicament, I too, have always had an extremely high sex drive and "couldnt keep my hand off it" . The arousal that PEing can bring only added to my woes and I found myself jacking off after every session.

These days I have restrained myself and now enjoy the tension buildup and release, mainly on my days off (still have the odd day that I can't control myself tho LOL).

I have always been a "grower" not a "shower" meaning that my flaccid dick looked pretty small, but grew to good average length and girth when erect. My flaccid dick just simply would not retain blood!

The benefit I have found from refraining from masturbation during PE days is that my flaccid dick retains blood longer and more of it, making it hang larger between sessions.I believe that this also aids in gains as my dick is healing in a "larger elongated state" at all times. There are many other posts on the forum outlining the benefits of refraining from masturbation during PE days, have a read through them, they make a lot of sense.

Also, make a dedicated start at PEing now, as just playing around the edges will not realise gains in the shortest time frame and may lead to disillusionment.

Great advice!

I've dealt with the same shit about the masturbation getting in the way of PEing...who hasn't?
Combined with the effects of the meds I'm taking (Zoloft), this makes it extra difficult to stay hard for girth workouts.

Like you said though, trying to hold off until rest days is a good idea, so I've been trying that myself lately. Not always successfully, of course. :o

You're right about the full commitment and dedication to PEing...I'll admit, to use your words, I was just "playing around the edges" for quite some time. The result: very little to no cemented gains---not that it surprises me.

But I've been getting away from this trend lately, and my little guy is responding accordingly.

It's amazing what the consistency can do for your brain too...well, for me anyway...I become even more obsessed with PEing the more I do it, so there's a lot to be said for doing your best to stick with it.

Mate, you hit the nail right on the head!

Anybody that wants to take the enlargement of their dick seriously and commit to learning the excercises and applying them correctly, regularly and consistently WILL, see a noticeable difference to the "ol fella" in the shorter period, This should be enough to encourage most people to continue long enough to achieve ACTUAL gains. When the gains come, so the obsession should kick in to set serious goals.

Anyway, this is how it happened for me! I, along with other people on this forum, HAVE achieved the seemingly impossible and believe me, it did not happen overnight for any of us and certainly not easily!
