I have a wierd question...I've been masterbating on a regular basis since i was 15 (meaning sometimes 3x a day). Now i'm 31 and i don't get the erections or the angle that i got 3 years ago. After doing it for so long i'm considering getting pro help since its very habitual. I'm 190lbs at 5'8, i'm wondering if i cut the belly and exercise more that i might get back to my old self. Anyone got any suggestions? I was thinking of trying to build a rop to help too

Poor quality erections can be attributable to a number of things. For starters, good ol age can catch up with all of us. Then you have other factors such as physical fitness / excessive weight, Smoking / Drinking / Drug use, Stress and general self confidence levels can all have a negative impact and ultimately manifest themselves in lots of ways.

You are certainly on the right track in getting some excercise back in your life and cutting a few kilos. If you recognise any of the above factors as applying to you, then you might consider their effects as well. I would also consider getting tested for diabetes, a common condition that overweight (and other) men expose themselves to and, I am told definitely has an impact on erection ability.
