i need something that will increase my size fast!!! they've got everything nowadays...pumps...pills and shit. they've even come out with patches (adamspride.com)!! what actually works?

Sorry there guy, fast isn't going to happen unless you happen to be someone who gains quickly and they happen to be in the minority. PE works but you have to accept the fact that it takes time and effort. Even quick gainers it is usually only the first inch or so that is quick and then it becomes hard work. Get your head straight and accept this othewise you will just be very disappointed and then you will give up.
