okay im fairly new to PE but have a high understanding of most subjects in this area but there is one thing that i lack which is experience so i was hoping those of you that have been PEing for a long time or someone with experience that can help me by giving an opinion on what they believe works best.
im thinking about doing a 3 on 1 off sort of deal with the following: day 1 length, day 2 girth, day 3 length and girth, and then a day off and start all over again. i know you are saying why i dont do both in the same day but i tend to focus more on one more than the other if i do them in the same day and when i did just length today my penis was to sore to work girth out along with it. this was due to me giving a higher intensity workout than normal to my length workout.
perhaps maybe i should tone down the focused intesity on one area more than the other and level my routine out and incorperate both into the same day but go in with a nice solid routine?
im sorry if this doesnt make much sense about what im trying to say cause im tired and if this has already been threaded before im just a little to active and busy to read through everything
