View Full Version : Can any expert PE exerciser check out if I am overexercising or not

This is my workout:
warm up 5mins
25 mins of stretch(5mins on each direction)
500 jelqs
warm down 5mins
PC flex 250
I have been doing it for a month now..if there is any method that can be added in my workout for maximum gain, please let me know...

Are you stretching for 5 mins at a time? or stretching 5 times for 1 min each? Oh and since you've been at it for a month, add some long schlong helis 5-10 sets should be ok. As for girth, add 1-5 ulis.

wohoo19m, i stretch 5 times for 1 min each. Thanks for your comment . what the hell is ulis? overall is my workout good enough to gain. i do it 5 days a week without break and take the weekends off. Thanks again. regarding pc flex how does a person feel like when doing it as i want to know if am doing it correctly or not.

when im doing pc flexes, my penis jumps each flexe and it also gets bigger, never and erection, not at all, but just kind of bigger

The PC flex is most readily felt when you're trying to stop yourself from pissing. Try it, and see if it works. If you succeed in stopping in 'mid-stream', you've just done a PC flex.
Ulis are described in the Advanced Exercises section of the forum in a thread called "Performing a Uli."
