Hi,
When i do PE i always do a flacid exercise first e.g long schlong before i do one that requires a near erect state e.g jelg and hold. My question is whether it is possible to go from a warm-up straight into a jelg and hold before a long schlong or is the prescribed a order of the routine warm-up to long schlong to jelq and hold very important?
Thanks in advance
I think it's mostly a matter of personal preference.
And I actually prefer doing jelqs first thing in the day---when it's a lot easier to gain/maintain an erection. I figure...Why wear out my little guy before jelqs (when it has to get erect) by doing stretches early on?
That's why I save stretching until later.
Just my preference though. I don't think the gains will be affected negatively from changing the order of things. The main thing is that you put in the work---no matter what, and do it consistently. Whatever helps you to accomplish this is more important than the order in which you do the exercises.
The only real exception here is with Advanced Girthwork...start with jelqs first so you warm-up enough, then progress onto the next toughest girth exercise, then an even tougher one, etc., etc...

Big Vine is right, it's just a matter of preference. I've always done my stretch work first and then finished with the girth work. It really is more a function of what you comfortable with.
