what is the best way to maintain a flaccid state during the exercises that require it. like during the long schlong for example. as i do it my dick wants to get hard. how can i avoid this.

Well, this question has been asked and addressed many times!

Here we go again...
After a couple stretching sessions---as long as you're pulling with enough intensity---your dick should become a bit (in my case, a lot) sore from all the work. Ease up if there is any pain.

Really it'll just take a few sessions to get used to the idea that PE isn't the same as sex...in your head you've already figured this out, but your dick hasn't yet, so just wait for a week or so and your dick will probably be too pooped to even get an erection! ;) (don't worry if this happens, as it won't take long for it to recover and become even stronger).

Or you could get something like a magazine not related to sex to take your mind off of dirty things.
