This might sound weird to some pe gurus but when i used to jelq every days a long time ago i got faster gains. Now I'm following the schedule 3 days on 1 off 2 on 2 off and I am not gaining as I used to when jelqing all days. I'm complelty sure i'm appying the same preasura and intensity now.
Right now I'm following a streching session on mornings and jelq routine on evenings.
I will keep this schedule with 2 days off per week but going to add a jelq routine on mornings, apart from the jelq on evening just to see what happens that way.
I guess everyone needs to know what routine fits better right ? so gonna give it a chance jelqing twice a week ( power jelq on morning and some, just few variations and reps of advances on mornings since i'm not even on my second month of PE )
What do PE experts think ?
