hello i have been doing this program for last two months, i have got 3/4 inches in length, but there is no rsults in last one month
i want to take a break for one week . is my length gains will go back if i do that , pleas help me

Firstly your spelling is amazingly bad! :)

I had the same problem. I changed my workout and this got around the problem. There are some other methods that can help you though you can try taking a break and allowing your penis to heal and then starting again. This is what many body builders do.
