well, i've been pe'ing on and off for about a year now with some good gains. i'm currently in the middle of switching between jobs and have about a month to go before i start, so now i have loads of free time in the day to do the exercises. i will probably stop when i start my new job in a month, so at the moment i'm exercising about 2 hours a day (3 on 1 off) to get maximum gains. here is my routine:

2-3 mins warm up
long schlong 5 reps in each direction at 30 secs each
10 heli's clockwise and 10 heli's anti-clockwise
15 power stretches
10 pressured schlongs
5 under the leg stretches

500 jelqs
5 mins horizontal movement
ferrari trio exercises
2-3 mins warm down

as i said its pretty intense and usually takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete, but i'm trying to get the most out of it before i stop.
my question is that will doing this much exercise per day have any negative effects on my penis. i.e being too tired and therefore will not gain.

thanks if you read through all that and will appreciate any answers.
cheers!

Since you have been doing PE for a year, you should be able to handle the intensity of that month. I have never done 2 hours of PE in a day, but I know several people who have done that much and survived without any ill effects. What I would really like to strongly suggest is that you figure out a consistent routine to use after this intense month. Something like a 40 minute per day with at least 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off. Remember whatever gains that you earn in this month you want to make sure that cement them, following up with at least one, preferably two consistent months of PE. Good luck and let us know how it seemed to work for you.

I'm sure you can find SOME time to do your exercises. Think of anytime that your doing something less important and replace it with that. If you want it, you have to keep at it.
