i read on another forum that it could be possible to strengthen your pc/bc muscle by using a tennis ball as tension, sounds plausible to me, it was explained as follows; sit down on a tennis ball placed at the spot where you feel your pc flex, do your normal flexes . anybody tried this ?

hhhhjmmmmm :( sounds doable.......lets see shall we.......will keep u guys posted on this one.......makes sense to add resistance training to the routine.
