Man it is ANNOYING! The thing is I wake up in the morning harder than ever thanks to PE. Any tips on hiding it? Very akward when your staying over at your girlfriends house!

What you are experiencing in the morning is quite nature for most men.

There are several reasons for the boner to occur, especially in the morning.

When you perform the exercises in the PH program, you are causing blood to flow easier into the penis, just as if you were to exercise any other part of your body.

It is also quite possible that other factors are also taking place as well, such as the dreams that you may be unaware of prior to wakening which are causing stimulation to occur as well.

Try not to be embarrassed by this occurrence when you spend time with your sexual partner.

I woudlnt worry about a morning boner. It is natural and i doubt your girlfriend would mind, she would be the only one to know unless you sleep with other people also :P.
