Need a bit of help

Well, I havent visited the site/forum for a long time, But i found my old pro solution pills laying around, and I'm willing to get started again. The problem is, that I can't log onto penis-health.com anymore..my user name and password isnt working...are there any sites around with some PE's explained? If not, can someone who's got a regular routine get me started, and explain some of the exercises?
