Ok I just had a few questions for the experts, but any input would be appreciated. First off, what is the best time of day to do excercises. I know that there are different times of day that help for bodybuilding and stuff, so is there an optimal time for penis workouts? For example, guys get a bunch of boners at night, so is it ok to do exercises befroe bed in the penis is gonna get worked over with boners all night? Or would it be better in morning when it can rest. Ok also, when I'm jelqing or doing girth exercises my veins come out like crazy...they look like they're gonna pop...I know that is good theoretically, but should I be careful? Do other guys literally feel the veins sticking way out as they jelq? Oh and is is normal for me to loose a lot of blood a minute or so into jelqing and have to work it back up? It seems I cant really jelq for more than a minute or two at a time cuz my dick gets really worn down and just sorta dies, but it's swollen and I can get it back up in like 30 seconds. Sorry so long. Thanks in advance for help.

The best time to do the exercise is when you can do the whole program uninterrupted. When I jelq and do the girth exercises my veins pop out too. I don't think any harm is being done. When I it happens to me I don't feel any pain, but if you feel pain when this happens just ease off a bit. When I first started my dick wouldn't stay semi-erect very long either, but the more I did it my dick didn't get worn down as fast. Just keep doing it. Your dick WILL get use to it.

Hi Wolfy, welcome to mensnetwork boards and penis-health.

There are no said set times to perform your routine, but if you are having problems keeping it pumped up i would recommend you do it when erections are at the easiest, which is morning just after you wake up for most men. To further help you I would also recommend some porn to have in front of you.

If your veins are protruding during the jelq exercise that is normal, but as you are a beginner and your penis is feeling some new things happen to it, make sure you take it lightly to begin for the first few weeks and do not squeeze too hard.
