I'm a new member w/penis health and have a question about my erections. i have an erection that sticks up not out. i have heard this is not normal. will this affect me in any way as far as my gains at all. i'm not worried about making it stick out, women have found it sexy in the past and so does my wife. i just want to make sure it will not hinder my progress. thanks

I don't think your penis sticking up instead of out is going to affect your gains. When I'm really hard it'll stick up, but usually it sticks out. I never heard that when your dick stick straight up that isn't normal.

Dont worry about that at all, it will not in any way hinder your gains. Just make sure you get a good feel for your penis as you work it out, that it is getting good internal pressure when you do jelq type exercises and that you are getting a good stretch on stretching only type exercises.

Also about your erection pointing up, I believe this is the case for 25% of mean, so you are by no means abnormal. To be honest, my erect penis points upwards more than it points outwards as well, that is natural.

Oh and you will also find that after a good few months of proper penis exercising you will find that it tends to straighten out. The upwards will begin pointing more outwards over time.

Up or out is quite a random thing as to the attachment point of the tendon on the top of the penis. Tighter tendon or further back attachment lets penis lie down or out flaccid, out or up erect. If you want it to hang down more flaccid or out erect, add the extra direction down stretching to the basic Long Schlong exercise (rather just out front, then to left, then to right) is my suggestion.

Also upwards perhaps isn't a bad thing for the woman's pleasure. Anything that keeps pressure towards the front wall of the vagina and that elusive G-spot.
