I have currently been working on the beginner 7-10 mins and ive been doing it for two weeks, i was just wondering when to change to intermidiate

Do you plan to go up in time? If so then I would suggest to go up in time with the beginner schedule. I'm not an expert or anything like that ( I only been on the program for a couple of days). If you don't plan to move up in time, then the next step is to go to the intermidiate at the same times as you do with the beginner. I don't think you would be ready to jump from 7-10min with the beginner and then jump 25-30 min with the intermidiate.

Well that's just my 2cents :-P

Ive only been doin this for one week but i like to excercise for at least half-hour an really focus on my excercises im not a pro at this or anything but i like to visualize myself being where i want to be an each time i do an excercise i picture myself getting bigger each time... when i see gains cuz i know i will i will post my exact workout

Move when you personally feel the workout is NOT being as beneficial as it could be. Usually members move on to the intermediate after the first week. REMEMBER also that it is important to find out WHAT works FOR YOU the pre-planned workouts should be edited to find the best possible olution for yourself.
