View Full Version : My Daily Penile Rotuine

Just wanted to run my daily routine to see if there is any danger (or ineffectiveness) in what I'm doing. I've been doing this routine for about a week and I want to know if I'm doing something wrong so I don't hurt myself and ensure growth.

I wear the device for about 9 hours and 45 minutes (from 8:00AM to 5:45). My work situation is that I can't take it off until I'm at home so I have to leave it on 45 minutes over the recommended time. I then start my penis exercise within 10 minutes of taking the device off.

2 minute hot-wrap warmup
7 minutes stretching (2 minute forward, 1 minute stretching right, up, left, down, and then 1 more minute stretching straight)
450 full strength Jelqs
50 Horizontal Movements
2 minute hot-wrap warm down
About 50 PC Flexes (3 second holds)

Total Time ~ About 25 minutes.

I also take ProSolution Pills (3 times a day).

1. Is there any danger in doing the exercises right after I take the device off?
2. Can I possibly do quick PC Flex pumps while wearing the device?
3. Does it matter if I split up the ProSolution Pills throughout the day (doing that right now) or taking all 3 at once (never tried).
4. How much sleep would I need to ensure optimal growth? Getting between 7 and 8 right now.

The main reason I like doing the exercises right after taking the device off is to prevent neglecting them later that night. This way I finish all my responsibilities for the day (except taking the last ProSolution Pill) before 6:30 and I can enjoy my night worry free. Also the Vaseline I use during the Jelq and Horizontal Movement seems to do a nice job of preventing dryness and irritation.

If your leaving it one for 9 straight hours at work that could create a problem. You really should remove it every two hours for a quick massage inorder to restore blood flow. If your not doing it now, I think that you will find that as the stretch becomes more intense you will need to do this. Read some of Falcon's post on this. He seems to think that you should do the PE first thing in the morning and then attach the ADS. That way you maintain the extended state after PE for a much longer time,

what is it that in which you are looking to gain? or what do you want to gain? grith or length or both. it looks like you can add more exercises to your routine to make it more effective, throw in a few long shlongs and have you tried supra's ball jelqs

Thanks for the advice. I usually check the device every three hours at work (in a bathromm stall of course) to make sure its on correctly and doing its job. I'll use that time to give myself a little break and help blood flow.

As for PE in the morning, not sure if I would be able to do it. I usually have to go to work pretty early which I'm having a hard enough time for waking up. I give it a try though.
