I've been doing a little reading and research and this is what I came up with and please vets correct me if I'm wrong!

Key #1 Motivation-We all read some type of ad that said gained 2" in 2 weeks and with these type of ads it leads guys to believe that they can achieve unrealistic goals overnight! I guess you know what happens when they don't reach the goal the ad said the would-discouragement. Discourgement usually leads to quiting the program and then slandering PE because it didn't work for you.

So to keep your motivation high, you need to have a realistic about your goals- and for most men this means a minimum of three months exercise to make significant gains of around 1-2 inches. So set realistic goals for yourself.

Key #2 Follow The Program- I know key #2 seems elementary, but you'll be suprised on how much people do their on thang. If some techinque could hurt you that you heard about somewhere, then before you try it, get in touch with the vets here to see if it'll be okay. Don't want you to hurt yourself.

Key #3 Dedication-We all know what dedication means, but few of us probably practice it. Starting and stopping isn't going to help you with PH. How many of you can atest to being out of the gym for a couple of weeks and then going back in there to pick up where you left off. My body is like what are you doing to me, you know we got to work ourselves back up to get to the point where we left off. So once you start Keep at it!

Key #4 Patience- Patience is a virtue that most of us probably don't have. In this McDonald generation we live in, we want everything right NOW! I'm sorry, but it just doesn't work like that. As the say "Rome wasn't built in a day" and your penis want be either. Some of the vets on here being doing this for more than a year. Just be patience, follow the program and stay dedicated to PH. Just realize it's going to take some time to build the penis you want. The best things come to those who wait. Say after me Patience.

Key #5 DON'T OVER TRAIN-This seems to be a killer for a lot of newbies like myself. When you start to see gains, it's very tempting to increase the length of your workouts or start training more frequently. It's a natural reaction. You grew an extra inch in a month by working out for 20 minutes, so it's easy to think that you'll gain even quicker if you workout for 40 minutes the next month. It boils down to the Quality of the workout not the Quantity! Get the techniques down.

In reality, increasing the amount you exercise is more likely to lead to over training, which will SLOW DOWN or even prevent further gains.

This is because your penis will only respond positively to so much exercise in one workout - this is the point where you have stimulated maximum growth. With every passing minute you exercise beyond this point, the effectiveness of the workout is reduced. Why? Because human tissue can only positively cope with so much stimulation.

Likewise, your penis needs time to fully recover and heal between workouts. Growth occurs while you are resting, not when you're exercising.

hows your exercising going anyway phenom? I've been doing it for 5 days now... 2 on, 1 off, 2 on. tomorrow is a break hehe.

my exercises are going great cascas! I feel more engorged with blood more now than I did before I started. I work out on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, and Sunday.:D
