Hey Guys Im Jorgeboxer! This is my First Post! I've begun my PE's a week ago. Here are my Measurments:
(As of Sept. 11, 2005)
PBFL-4 3/16"
FG-4"
PBEL-6 3/4"
EG-5 2/16"
My Goals Are:
PBFL- 4.5"
FG- 4.5"
PBEL- 7"
EG- 5.5"
My PE routine consists of The Wake Up Cloth (2 mins), The Long Schlong (3 mins), The Standard Jelg (3 mins), Then I repeat The Wake Up Cloth And later I perform Some PC Flexes ('Bout 50). I do this routine 2 days on, 1day off.
My question regarding the PE's is...What is the "Horizontal Movement"? I've checked the Penis-Health web site But Im unable to get a description of this exercise 'cause I havent upgraded my membership. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Laters!
