On Off days from PE?

My Question is on off days from the PE should I still wear my SGS???
Or should I give that the day off as well?

That is certainly something one could argue about.

I read somewhere that the whole point of taking a day off from the PE is to let your penis heal, which is an important part of the program. I also read that the traction device is similar to the stretching exercises.

I suppose that 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, and 2 days of complete rest is the best way.. but 6 hours a day, 7 days a week is also possible.

The device states you can wear it everyday, if doing the exercises also I would suggest maybe knocking an hour or two off the time for the SG. You dont want to overwork the system.

I wear my one 8 hours a day, both on my off days and on... but I'm still waiting for some real gains with the Size Genetics...
