hey, i have been doing these exercises for a month now and changed my workout about 2 weeks ago to the workout recommended with the free consultation. my workout consists of:
The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes
I have been doing these exercises for a while now and have not seen any results. as the topic says, im beginning to get skeptical if this program really works. id appreciate it if someone can reassure me that perseverence will give me benefits.
Also, one question. i have heard talk abotu a pressured long schlong exercise but could not find it on the web site. id appreciate any help and/or support.

Dont worry, some people take longer to get results than others. Just make sure you are doing the excercises correctly and taking a day off for cell growth.. This program works

This is the second time I have tried this workout,first i done it for about a month and did not get any results,just a sore penis and broken blood vessels,gave it away and about 3 weeks ago decided to have another look and with some execise variation that you now have I thought I would try again,have been doing the 7 to 10 min's exercise but same results as before(sore Penis and broken blood vessels)I can say one thing that I do seem to get some sort of size gain at flacid state but stop exercising and it all goes back to normal again?

so I must be doing something VERY wrong from what I read about the gains some are getting or most you guys are just playing with your stroodle

ok are u doing the WARMUPS and WARMDOWNS? These are very very important.... the program does work as many people have testified here. Try moving to the advanced exercises and MAKE sure you are doing the exercises correctly, it would appear you are an hard gainer.

Well is there anybody else in here that is a Hard Gainer as it would be nice to see how long it takes

I must admit that i do see some sort of size increase at flacid state but still the same size when i run the tape over it with an erection,
I have just got my custom workout and have been using it for 5 days now
will keep trying for that extra size,this is my workout

Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes

thats exactly the same routine i got for my consultation.... reckon they just send out the same one to everyone?

Anyway i'll be starting my new routine next week.

well it does seem that we all get the same exercise so that says alot for free consultation

will just have to wait and see what results if any happen !

im gonna start using my custom workout (exactly the same as yours!) on monday, see how it goes for next month... if i still have no gains after 2 months im not gonna be happy :(

I've got to admit that I got the same custom workout on the free consultation as you guys got. But I have not worked on it yet. My workout has been minimal and my gains have been slow because of it. Nontheless, I still am seeing gains and when I have freed up more time, I will begin using the custom workout as well.

When I submitted the free consultation, I was seeking length in my workout and NOT girth. Is this the same as your request when you filled out the questionnaire?

Anyway, be sure to follow the PE program in a precise manner to ensure that you will have gains. And don't forget that we're all on the same side of the team. In other words: We're here to help you succeed my friend. So keep asking your questions, because your not just helping yourself, your help everyone else too.

Let us all know your results, because we all want to know.:cool:

I got the same consultation yall did but i didnt go by it because i knew they would all be the same.

here's my workout

6min wakeup
10min long shlong
5min pressured long shlong
5mins power stretch
20min jelq
10min jelq hold
8min wakeup

i do 3on 1 off..then 3 on 2off..3:1 3:2

i started sept 24 and gained almost 1 inch in length and 1/2 on girth..

Hey guys

I guess you could say I'm a hard gainer as well. My free consultation I requested the same. I was looking for length more than girth and I recieved the same workout. I had been useing the workouts on the PE website first. I only saw results in flacid state but nothing more after the first month. When I started to use the more advanced, intense workouts I started seeing results in erect length as well. My girth hasn't changed but Iexpect to see gains there as well.

You just have to hold in there I guess but it does work.

tinknocker when you say the more advanced intense workouts, do you mean your consultation workout? what is your current workout that has helped you gain erect length mate? thanks :)

Hi Cascas

I started using the beginners workout 35-40 minute plan before I started seeing any gains. I am using the workout from the consutation but I am alternating between the two.
