I've been out of PE for over a week because my fingers have been killing me. Now that it's all better I'm resuming PE even as I type this. But the pain is almost instantly back and it's pissing me off!

Can someone help me figure out how to reduce pain in my index finger? I think I'm using too much energy on my stretching, I'm looking for something to take make my stretching exercises easier.

PLEASE HELP!! I can't do PE if my fingers don't work!!

Try using a palm-down hold ( palm pointing towards the floor instead of up ).

What is it? Joint problems in the hand? If so, go take some glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate formula, and some high quality coral calcium as well.

Just a thinning, try the velcro band, U buy at the drug store for tennis elbow.
The band is adjustable and it has a small plastic pad (pillow) to push on the arm tendon that relies the joint pain.

No its not a joint problem or a muscle problem. It's a tendon problem for sure.
